Singer/Songwriter/Producer Paul Lewis’ new CD titled “Bag of Rain” is scheduled to be released November 22nd 2011. The first single from the CD, “The Platform of Our Lives” will be released on July 26th 2011. This is Lewis’ third solo release for Realize Records and will mark his return after an almost five year hiatus. PL will be performing solo acoustic shows throughout Maryland, DC and Virginia the month of July including shows at the beach in OC, one in our nation’s capital, then up the beltway for a couple shows for all you NoVa fans. This week has PL playing solo acoustic shows in Ocean City, MD at the Lazy Lizard. Nothing better than hanging at the beach with PL and his guitar. All I can say is WOW! There are so many projects in the works right now and I am so excited about each one of them. The first part of 2011 I have been hard at work writing my very first book! Can’t really say what it is about yet but I can say it’s one of the most interesting things I have done. I’m also getting ready to enter the studio with a talented songwriter named John McManus to produce his new album. Lastly, I will be announcing some really big news concerning my next musical project?! Keep checking the website for all the big news. It’s going to be one helluva year so stay tuned. Peace.

It’s been another rockin year for me and the band which included many great shows and the recording of a new album, which will be released in 2011. A big thank you goes out to all of YOU, friends and fans, for making 2010 a great year. Don’t forget that the band will be playing at Firestone’s in Wilmington, DE this Saturday night the 18th for our Xmas show and what will be the last band show of 2010. Hope everyone had a great turkey day and was able to enjoy friends and family over the holiday. Now it’s time to get back to some R-n-R, that’s ROCK-N-ROLL people! Catch PL playing a solo acoutic show at Hightopps Backstage Grille in Timonium, MD on Friday night. This is a really cool place to hang right outside of B-more and catch some great live music. Then on Saturday night it’s the PL Band performing at Firestone’s Riverfront in Wilmington, DE. Back by popular demand, the PL BAND returns to Wilmington, DE to perform at Firestone’s on Friday October 1st. Don’t miss the band rock out and funk out at the best club on the DE riverfront. We were so stoked to be coming back to this joint that we are bringing along some friends. Milow The Girl will be our special guests and will open the show so you get a double dose of Realize Records artists on one stage. This will definitely be a night of great times and great music. The PL Band heads out to Frederick, MD on Saturday the 18th for an afternoon performance at the 2010 Buddy Walk. In conjunction with the National Down Syndrome Society, the group F.R.I.E.N.D.S will hold it’s 9th annual walk to help promote awareness and inclusion for people with Down syndrome and to raise money for research, education and advocacy programs. We are very excited for this year’s walk event and can’t wait to rock for one fantastic cause. Please check the tour schedule for details!
The band then takes off for N. Virginia to play Spanky’s in Leesburg that night for their only area appearence. We always have a great time with Jeff and the crew and some of the best fans in NoVa.
